Playing tennis is a great form of exercise, but it’s important to be in good physical shape in order to play it well.. The best way to make sure your body can do this, is to have an off-court routine which will strengthen your core and other key muscle groups, and well as improve your cardiovascular system. This will help prevent injury, strengthen your heart, maintain weight, and even boost your mood.
